Item 2: Public Hearing / recommendation decision to amend Ordinance No. 3380-14, as amended, approving a change in the location of student housing for Trinity Lutheran College (TLC) to the west side of the 2600 block of Rockefeller Avenue, with the required off-street parking in an off-site location. Item 3: Public Workshop on a proposed code amendment that would allow for consideration of a Special Property Use (SPU) permit for a public agency to establish a transportation maintenance facility in the B-2 (Community Business) zone.
