Item 2: Public Workshop: Code Amendment related to required findings for approval of subdivisions Proposed amendments to Title 18 and Title 15 of the Everett Municipal Code related to Subdivisions. Item 3: Six Year Transportation Improvement Plan review and recommendation. The annual review of the Six Year Transportation Improvement Plan goes through the Transportation Advisory Committee and the Planning Commission for comment prior to going to City Council.
