Item 2: Choice Neighborhoods Update on Everett Housing Authority’s Choice Neighborhoods grant application for Baker Heights neighborhood near Hawthorne Elementary School. Item 3: Code Amendment for Supportive Housing Consideration as to whether the Planning Commission is willing to initiate a zoning code amendment for supportive housing (aka “Housing First”).
