Moore - Historic City Hall Time: 6:30 p.m. City Council Chambers 3002 Wetmore Avenue Everett, Washington AGENDA -Planning Commission Roll Call -Approval of Minutes -Reports of members and committees – Staff comments – Citizen Comments Item 1: Rezone Development Agreement Amendment, REZ 00-003/REZ 16-001 A public hearing to consider an amendment to a development agreement, which was part of a previously approved rezone in connection with a current rezone request. In 2001 the City approved a rezone at 12728 19th Ave SE with a condition that required pedestrian connection between 127th Place SE and 19th Ave SE. The immediate neighborhood filed a petition, and the developer voiced support, for an amendment to the development agreement to remove the requirement of the pedestrian access. The discussion will include a review of recent research and best practices, and a draft proposal on alternatives to consider.
