As a precaution against spreading COVID-19, the City will be conducting the Planning Commission meeting
remotely. Due to the Governor’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” Order, we are not able to provide a place for
community to gather to view or attend the Planning Commission meeting.

Item 1: Model Code Partnership Project
The MCP is a component of the Everett Link Extension (EVLE) project and will help promote policy and
regulatory consistency and realize high-quality Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) along the EVLE corridor.
This collaborative effort will benefit from $2M in funding from the Federal Transit Administration TOD Pilot
Program, along with Sound Transit and local partner match.
