SPECIFIC AMENDMENT REQUESTS BRIEFING Staff will provide a briefing on the specific amendment requests as part of the Everett 2044 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update received during the application period that closed on June 12. TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ANNUAL UPDATE Staff will brief the commission on the annual update to the six-year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), the city’s coordinated transportation facility construction program for the years 2023-2028.
