TEMPORARY USES The city council adopted Emergency Ordinance 3982-23 on December 6, 2023, adopting an interim official control allowing temporary uses under EMC 19.05.068 to be renewed. The ordinance directs the planning commission to evaluate and consider its provisions and provide a recommendation to the City Council by March 7, 2024.
