EVERETT HOUSING AUTHORITY PARK DISTRICT PROJECT CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING AND RECOMMENDATION The Planning Commission is holding a continued public hearing to consider and make a recommendation to the City Council on the Everett Housing Authority’s request for a comprehensive plan amendment and planned development overlay to develop the Park District, a 16-acre development with about 1,500 dwelling units, 70,000 gross square feet of non-residential uses, 1.5 acres of publicly accessible park area, and a community garden near public transit.
