CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Mayor Gaylord called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. Present: Councilmembers Beattie, Caron, Carlson (arrived at 6:08 p.m.), Miller, and Mayor Gaylord Absent: None Also Present: City Manager Luger, and City Attorney Staunton 2. AGENDA APPROVAL (a) Meeting Agenda Beattie moved, Caron seconded, to approve the agenda. Motion carried 4/0. (b) Consent Agenda Beattie moved, Caron seconded to approve the consent agenda as presented. Motion carried 4/0. 1. Approve Verified Claims – Approve for Payment Manual Checks 084380-084414 and EFT Checks 001655E – 001671E Action – Approved for Payment Manual Checks 084380 – 084414 and EFT Checks 001655E – 001671E. 3. AMENDED PARKING LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH TONKA BAY MARINA Peter Johnson, Attorney for Mr. Jabbour, addressed the City Council. Gabe Jabbour, Property Owner, addressed the City Council. Beattie moved, Caron seconded, to approve the proposed Parking License Agreement. Motion carried 5/0. 4. DOCK PERMIT REVOCATION Gaylord and Beattie recused themselves from the Council bench. Jules Harrison, 240 Center Street, addressed the City Council. Mark Gaylord, 100 Lake Street, addressed the City Council. Lori Anderson, 100 Lake Street, addressed the City Council. Caron moved, Carlson seconded, to direct staff to draft a Resolution Declining to Revoke the Residential Dock Permit of Tim and Kay Brandow. Motion carried 3/0. 5.
