City of Excelsior City Council Closed Session MINUTES Monday, April 18, 2022 5:30 P.M. 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Mayor Carlson called the closed session to order at 5:32 P.M. City Council: Mayor Carlson and Councilmembers Caron, Dierking, Hersman, and Kurschner Absent: None Also Present: City Manager Luger, Finance Director Palmer, and Assistant City Manager Staunton 2. AGENDA APPROVAL Kurschner moved, Caron seconded, to approve the April 18, 2022 City Council Closed Session Agenda. Motion carried 5/0. 3. MOTION TO CLOSE THE MEETING PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT. § 13D.05, SUBD. 3(C) Hersman moved, Dierking seconded, to enter the closed session to consider an offer to purchase real estate located at 261 School Avenue. Motion carried 5/0. 4. CLOSED SESSION FOR CONSIDERATION OF OFFER TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE LOCATED AT 261 SCHOOL AVENUE  Minutes City Council Meeting April 18, 2022 Page 2 5.
