City of Excelsior Hennepin County, Minnesota Minutes Heritage Preservation Commission Tuesday, November 17, 2020 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Chair Macpherson called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Commissioners Present: Macpherson, Bolles, Caron, Salita, Brabec Commissioners Absent: Finch Also Present: City Planner Becker 2. AGENDA APPROVAL Motion by Salita, seconded by Brabec to approve the agenda as amended. Motion carried 5/0. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a) October 20, 2020 Commissioner Bolles moved, Commissioner Salita seconded, to approve the minutes for the October 20, 2020 meeting as amended. Motion carried 5/0. 4. CITIZEN COMMENTS OR REPORTS None 5. DISCUSSION ITEMS a) National Register Nomination Application Draft Minutes Heritage Preservation Commission 11/17/2020 Page 2 of 2 Caron said that he has not had the chance to go through it completely but that he would send comments to Becker to distribute to the rest of the Commission prior to sending to Hess Roise. The Commission said that they would have their comments in in order to send to Hess Roise within two weeks from now. b) SHPO Report Becker presented the report that was sent to SHPO was presented to the Commission. 6.
