Open the Planning Commission Regular Meeting
Chairwoman Alina Pringle stated the meeting began at 7:00 pm

Agenda Item #3 -Public Comment Period (2-minute limit per person) Time has been set aside for the public
to express their ideas, concerns, and comments on items not scheduled as public hearings on the Agenda. Those wishing to speak are encouraged
to show respect for those who serve the Town. Comments should focus on issues concerning the Town. Those wishing to speak should have
signed in before the beginning of the meeting. (Please limit your comments to 2 minutes or less.)

Agenda Item #4 -Discuss and Review the Fairfield Town’s Title 10. Chapter 37 Solar Power
Plant Ordinance.
The Commissioners examined the feedback and recommendations outlined in the solar
ordinance.
Agenda Item #5 -Vote to send the Fairfield Town’s Title 10. Chapter 37 Solar Power Plant
Ordinance to the Fairfield Town Council.
Commissioner Riet motioned to send the Fairfield Towns’ Title 10. Chapter 37 Solar Power Plant
Ordinance continuance on Larry’s review and Vonda's reference reviews. Commissioner Lancaster
seconded the motion.

Agenda Item #6 -Discussion and Review on the Fairfield Town’s Battery Storage Ordinance.
The Commissioners decided each personally to review the ordinance, while Brad writes it in
accordance with ENYO's suggestions.
Agenda Item #7 -Discussion and Review the Fairfield Town’s Sign Ordinance.
Chairwoman Pringle asked the Commissioners to review and make any suggestions for an
ordinance that Eagle Mountain has for their signs while they write an ordinance for Fairfield.
Agenda Item #8 -Discussion on the Concept Plan for the West Desert Airpark Preliminary
Subdivision.
Alina Pringle discussed her concept plan with the Commissioners, which included the potential addition
of three more lots and the option to acquire an additional 28 acres. Mayor Gurney pointed out that the
28-acre parcel is currently zoned for light industrial use, not within the airpark zone. Should we decide to
purchase it, a rezoning process would be necessary to bring it into the airpark zone.
Agenda Item #9 -Discussion and Review a letter the Planning Commission will be sending to
the Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility.
The Commissioners had previously examined the letter, and they have all endorsed it for
mailing.
Agenda Item #10 -Discussion on and Review of the General Plan.
The Commissioner went through the General Plan to fix any comments or grammatical errors.
Agenda Item #11 -Vote to send the Fairfield General Plan to the Town Council for approval.
Commissioner Lancaster moved to send the General Plan to the Fairfield Town Council. Commissioner
Weber seconded the motion.

Motion made by Commissioner Riet to end the meeting. Commissioner Pringle seconded the motion. The
meeting ends at 8:52 p.m.
