Minutes By: Stephanie Shelley Agenda Item #1 - Open The Town Council Work Session. Mayor Gurney Called The Town Council Work Session Meeting To Order At 7:02 p.m. Agenda Item #2 - Roll Call. Town Council Members Present: Mayor Brad Gurney, Rl Panek, Tyler Thomas, Hollie Mckinnley, Richard Cameron Staff Present: Stephanie Shelley- Recorder Others Present: Christine Mikell Others Present Via Zoom: Adrienne Bell Agenda Item # 3- Discuss and Review the Title 10.00. An Ordinance Adopting Amendments to Title 10.17. Conditional Uses. adding Sections 10.17.100.A.9. and 10.17.100.I. pertaining to Solar Plant-Large.Solar Ordinance The Council went through the Ordinance and reviewed the sections. Adrinee Bell and Christine Mikell had some reservations about the wording in this document, but they are willing to collaborate with the Town and have no issues with the document. Agenda Item # 4- Vote to Approve the Title 10.00. An Ordinance Adopting Amendments to Title 10.17. Conditional Uses. adding Sections 10.17.100.A.9. and 10.17.100.I. pertaining to Solar Plant-Large. Councilman Thomas motioned to approve Title 10.00. An Ordinance Adopting Amendments to Title 10.17. Conditional Uses. adding Sections 10.17.100.A.9. and 10.17.100.I. pertaining to Solar Plant-Large. Ordinance #10242023. Councilman Cameron seconded the motion.
