Minutes By: Stephanie Shelley Agenda Item #1 - Open The Town Council Canvas Meeting. Mayor Gurney Called The Town Council Canvas Meeting To Order At 6:48 P.M. Councilman Cameron was delayed, so the meeting took place when he arrived. Agenda Item #2 - Roll Call Town Council Members Present: Mayor Brad Gurney, Rl Panek, Tyler Thomas, Hollie Mckinney, Richard Cameron Staff Present: Stephanie Shelley- Recorder Agenda Item # 3- Vote to Certify the General Election of 2023 Stephanie Shelley read the Canvass Report. (see attached to minutes) I, Tyler Thomas, move to certify the results of the November 21, 2023, Municipal Election and to certify the election of Michael Weber and Tyler Thomas as Councilmembers for a four-year term and Richard Cameron as Councilmember for a two-year term and Hollie McKinney as Mayor for a four-year term. Councilmember Panek seconded the motion. Mayor Gurney - Yes Councilwoman McKinney - Yes Councilman Panek - Yes Councilman Thomas - Yes Councilman Cameron - Yes Agenda Item # 4- Adjourn The Town Council Work Session Meeting Councilman Thomas Made A Motion To Adjourn The Meeting. Councilman Panek Seconded The Motion. The Motion Passed Unanimously. The Meeting Adjourned At 6:50 P.M.
