Rudy Hoffert of City Neon, Inc., on behalf of Busy Beaver, is requesting a variance from the Fairmont City Code, Section 1342.08 (3) (B) (3) (Multi-Tenant Developments) at his business which requires that the aggregate area for all signs is be limited to one and a half (1 1/2) square feet per one (1) lineal foot of street frontage with a maximum aggregate area of one hundred (100) square feet.
