City Neon, on the behalf of Busy Beaver, is requesting a variance from the Fairmont City Code, Section 5.3 (7) (E) (iii) (multi-Tenant Developments) at its business which requires that the aggregate area for all signs is to be limited to one and a half (1 ½) square feet per one (1) lineal foot of street frontage with a maximum aggregate area of one hundred (100) square feet. The proposed wall sign to be placed is approximately 30 additional square feet to an existing sign that already exceeded the allowed 100 square feet because of a variance granted on April 2, 2015.
