APPROVAL OF MINUTES January 2, 2020 IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS for February 6, 2020 A. James P. Burns and Anastasia M. Hilvers-Burns are requesting a variance from the setback requirements as specified in the Planning and Zoning Code, 5.7.3 Encroachments. The applicants are requesting a two (2) foot ADA ramp setback from the property line to provide for an accessible wheelchair ramp at their 1011 Marion Avenue residence (Tax Map 3-12, Parcel 123). B. Dustin Hess is requesting a variance from the requirements as specified in the Planning and Zoning Code, 5.10.4 for the placement of a pool. Existing topography prohibits the owner from putting the accessory structure in the rear yard of his 305 Clark Street property (Tax Map 5-8, Parcel 171). C. Jason Matthew Ware is requesting a variance from the requirements of Article 5.8 1 to place a privacy fence within the required front yard at his 1211 Fleming Avenue residence (Tax Map 3-12, Parcel 76).
