New Business
1. Bond Insurance Agency is requesting a certificate of appropriateness to install two sections of
black wrought iron type fencing at their 104 Adams Street location.
Tom Manilla of 8 Holland Circle works at 104 Adams St, which is currently Bond Insurance
Agency. There has been an ongoing issue with the homeless going in behind the building, due
to the previous set up of a drive thru when it was a bank. They are proposing to out simulated
decorative wroth iron gates in front of the drive through entrance. There is already fencing in
place. Once these gates are in place the property should be secured. One of the gates would be
further back due to the incline of the drive way. There will also be measures taken to the gate
itself too keep from people being able to just walk around it.
President Evans asked for a motion.
Commissioner Bolyard motioned to approve the request with the correction of Adams
Commissioner Jura seconded the motion.
Motion carried 4-0
