APPROVAL OF MINUTES March 19th,2022 V. PUBLIC HEARING FOR April 20th, 2022 1. PC 22-04 - Domico Funeral Home is petitioning to add Crematoriums and Funeral Homes to the zoning code as permitted uses. This will include listed Crematoriums as incidental uses to funeral homes as a defined and permitted use to the zoning code. 2. PC 22-05 - City of Fairmont is petitioning to amend Articles 2, 3, and 4 related to Pet Grooming and Boarding to separate grooming and boarding into separate uses, permit them within different zoning districts, and to add Use Standards to animal boarding businesses. 3. PC 22-06 - City of Fairmont is petitioning to amend Article 8 of the Zoning Code to add a Fees section and adopt a Zoning Permit Fee which will be required when a Building Permit is not required for exterior improvements to a property. VI. NEW BUSINESS None VII. PUBLIC HEARINGS TO SET FOR May 18th, 2022 1. PC 22-07 – Major Subdivision – Matthew Bainbridge is petitioning to merge five parcels along Henry Dr, Coleman Ave, Woodside Dr, and Worthington St totaling 15.411 acres.
