The Honorable City Council will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting on March 5, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.
in the City Council Chambers, 55 West Williams Avenue, Fallon, Nevada.
Items on the agenda may be taken out of order. The Council may combine two or more agenda items for
consideration. The Council may remove an item from the agenda or delay discussion relating to an item
on the agenda at any time. Unless otherwise allowed by the City Council, public comments by an
individual will be limited to three minutes.

6. Consideration of application by Kathrein Eden for a retail establishment (off-premise) liquor
license manager change for Safeway, Inc. to be located at 890 West Williams Avenue. (For

7. Consideration of application by Miki Saavedra for a mobile food vendor license for We Can
Warriors. (For possible action)
8. Consideration and possible approval of a parcel map for Pony Express Stations Series C to split
Churchill County Assessor’s Parcel Number 001-231-59, commonly known as 1110 W.
Williams Avenue, Fallon, NV, into two parcels. (For possible action)
9. Possible introduction of Bill No. 796: An ordinance amending Title 21, Chapter 21.36, Section
21.36.030 of the City of Fallon Municipal Code for the purpose of changing the off-street
parking requirements in a R-2 Limited Multiple Residence District; and for other matters
properly related thereto. (For possible action) (This agenda item is for possible introduction
of the proposed ordinance only. If introduced, a public hearing on the proposed
ordinance will be set in the next agenda item and no further action can or will be taken at
this meeting. At the pubic hearing, which will be properly noticed and advertised, the
City Council will take comment and then consider possible adoption of the ordinance as
introduced or amended.)
10. Setting of public hearing date for Bill No. 796: An ordinance amending Title 21, Chapter
21.36, Section 21.36.030 of the City of Fallon Municipal Code for the purpose of changing the
off-street parking requirements in a R-2 Limited Multiple Residence District; and for other
matters properly related thereto. (For possible action)
11. Possible introduction of Bill No. 797: An ordinance amending Title 21, Chapter 21.40, Section
21.40.040 of the City of Fallon Municipal Code for the purpose of changing the dedication of
one parking space based on the square feet of gross floor area in a R-C Transition Use
Residence District; and for other matters properly related thereto. (For possible action) (This
agenda item is for possible introduction of the proposed ordinance only. If introduced, a
public hearing on the proposed ordinance will be set in the next agenda item and no
further action can or will be taken at this meeting. At the pubic hearing, which will be
properly noticed and advertised, the City Council will take comment and then consider
