AGENDA CITY COUNCIL MEETING 55 West Williams Avenue Fallon, NV July 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM The Honorable City Council will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting on July 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers, 55 West Williams Avenue, Fallon, Nevada. Items on the agenda may be taken out of order. The Council may combine two or more agenda items for consideration. The Council may remove an item from the agenda or delay discussion relating to an item on the agenda at any time. Consideration and possible action to approve the Maintenance Agreement for Softball Fields and related facilities between the City of Fallon and Churchill County to be constructed with funds received by Churchill County through the Southern Nevada Public Lands Management Act. Consideration and possible action to approve a construction contract with A&K Earthmovers of Fallon, Nevada in order to complete the Fallon Municipal Airport Construct New Taxilane and Extend Existing Taxilane, in the amount of One Million One Hundred Six-Five Thousand  Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,165,000.00), of which the FAA share would be 95% or One Million One Hundred Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,106,750) and the City’s share would be 5% or Fifty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($58,250). Consideration and possible action to approve of a professional services contract with J-U-B Engineers, Inc. for construction services for the Construct New Taxilane and Extend Existing Taxilane Project in an amount not-to-exceed Two Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Four Dollars ($221,374), of which the FAA share would be 95% or Two Hundred Ten Thousand Three Hundred Five Dollars and Thrity Cents ($210,305.30) and the City’s share would be 5% or Eleven Thousand Sixty-Eight Dollars and Seventy Cents ($11,068.70). Consideration and possible action to approve a construction contract with Ernst Earthworks of Fallon, Nevada in order to complete the Laura Mills Walking Path Replacement Project in the amount of Eight Hundred Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars and Eighty- One Cents ($815,798.81). (For possible action) 9. Consideration and possible action to approve a change order contract with A&K Earthmovers of Fallon, Nevada in order to complete the Rattlesnake Hill Water Tank Demolition Project, in the amount of Six Hundred Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($616,550).
