Specifically, who could use the logo, under what specific conditions and any limitations on its use. Public Art Efforts Ms. Kim Callahan is the project manager for the planned plaza at the Unity Club. The plaza is to be complete in 18 months. The park plaza and the public art will go through the site planning process. The plaza should be complete by 2018. Ms Callahan is also the PM for Big Chimneys Park. We need a list of sites where public art is needed. No advertising is permitted. Also the approval process needs to be documented and established. Related Announcements Foxes Music mural is up. Northside Social at Park and Maple has begun construction. Participation is needed for Watch Night. Need Artifacts of events for the 2016 Albums. The deadline for the AEP5 Survey from Art Works is being extended. Please complete the information needed for your orgaznation. Briefing and Input on the Streetscape Plans The Chair provided and update and gained input from those attending on the AHC position on the streetscape. General comments were: The bikeshare locations should not take up sidewalk space. The plan does not promote the City brand. The maintenance of planting should only be for new buildings with a recommended and approved vendors list for the maintenance so that further damage does not occur by untrained personnel. There must be a documented responsibility that the replacement trees are paid for by the party providing maintenance (such as building owner or City). Bullnose (roll lock) is desired. The bench at Pearson’s square is best. Submitted: By Keith Thurston 1
