1. With a quorum present, Mr. Ford opened the meeting at 4:35p.m.
2. Discuss Amend/Adopting E-Participation Guidelines
Aaron made a motion to keep as is for now, Barbara second, vote 4-0 (Motion 1).
3. Amend/Adopt BOE Rules of Procedure
Aaron made a motion to keep as is for now, Bob second, vote 4-0 (Motion 2)
4. Elect BOE Officers
Chair: Aaron Ford
Secretary: Bob Speir
Aaron made a motion, Bob second vote 4-0 (Motion 3).
5. Agree on Dates & Times for BOE Hearings
Aaron made a motion to schedule for October, November & December Tuesdays 4-
6pm and Thursdays 3-5pm, Christina Second, vote 4-0 (Motion 4)
6. The meeting adjourned by Mr. Ford at 6:02 pm (Motion 5).
