Variance application V1577-15 by Priya Krishnan, owner and applicant, for a variance to Section 48-238(3)(a) to allow (1) a front yard setback of eighteen (18) feet instead of thirty (30) feet along the Jackson Street frontage; and (2) a front yard setback of eighteen (18) feet instead of thirty (30) feet along the Timber Lane frontage; and (3) a side yard setback of ten (10) feet instead of fifteen (15) feet along the northern property line; and (4) a side yard setback of ten (10) feet instead of fifteen (15) feet along the eastern property line for the purpose of constructing a new single-family house on premises known as 600 Jackson Street, RPC #52-205-001 of the Falls Church Real Property Records, zoned R-1A Low Density Residential. b.
