Staff is making progress updating net fiscal impact of development projects since 2003. Target date for completion? 4. Receive & discuss Planning staff’s proposal to revise City’s process for reviewing land development applications. 5. Tracking: • March 25 will be monthly progress report from Mill Creek on their theatre-recruiting work for Founders Row. Any other commercial tenant announcements? Next MCR meeting with project neighbors is March 9. • FC Gateway Partners (FCGP) progress recruiting grocer, retail, service, office, hotel and residential components of West Falls project? Timetable for Special Exception Site Plan consideration? City is holding Virtual Town Hall March 2 from Noon to 1:30 where FCGP will present on the project and take questions. 6. Revisit during consideration of FY21-22 City budget: Do we have staff capacity to process permits, inspections, etc. of small businesses AND large projects in a timely manner? 7.
