ITEMS ON THE AGENDA a) Discussion with MCR of application for redevelopment of 1001-1003 West Broad. b) Update from MCR re: recruiting a movie theatre operator for Founders Row; other commercial tenant announcements? c) Food trucks: Licensing, taxation, enforcement. d) Staff update on status of Atlantic application for One City Center redevelopment at Washington & Broad. e) Status of Insight site plan for Broad & Washington redevelopment. f) Affordable/workforce housing: status of EDA bid for Va. Village quad. g) Staff update on plan for festive lighting of street trees on W. Broad. h) Follow-up on The Byron’s interest in seeking a revision of allowed uses for ground- floor commercial spaces. i) Staff update on process & guidelines for permanently extending outdoor dining & entertainment that began during pandemic. j) Monthly staff report from B. Witsman on news re: commercial leasing of ground- floor spaces, and on anticipated new business openings. k) Progress updating net fiscal impact model? l) Next EDC meeting?
