Broad (new signals and traffic movement; commercial tenant announcements?) c) Update from staff & Council member Litkenhous on planned meeting with Meridian re: tax credits for affordable housing. d) Staff update on considering changes in zoning for transitional areas to encourage smaller- scale infill redevelopment. e) Staff report from B. Witsman on news re: commercial leasing of ground-floor spaces, and on anticipated new business openings. f) Progress updating net fiscal impact model? g) Other matters. h) Next EDC meeting: Thursday, Oct. 28.
