(40 minutes) c) Overview of City policy on business parking in residential zones. (20 minutes) d) Staff report from B. Witsman on commercial leasing and anticipated new business openings. (20 minutes) e) Staff update on Council reviewing policy regarding transitional zoning/infill development. (5 minutes) f) Staff update on progress updating net fiscal impact model. (3 minutes) g) Code enforcement in multi-family buildings. Will Kettler report to Council on property management at The Fields?
