CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT DISCUSSION WITH INTERIM CITY MANAGERS Ms. Lian entered the meeting remotely from Freddie Mac Headquarters in McLean, Virginia. MOTION: Ms. Schantz-Hiscott moved, seconded by Ms. Hardi that the City Council Government Operations Committee approve electronic participation by Caroline Lian in this meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2022-02. ROLL CALL VOTE: Mr. Duncan: Absent Ms. Hardi: AYE Ms. Schantz-Hiscott: AYE The motion PASSED on roll call vote, 2-0.
