MINUTES OF MAYOR’S AGENDA MEETING WITH STAFF Including Closed Session and Ask the Council Session PURPOSE OF MEETING: To discuss scheduling items on the City Council’s agenda. Mr. Duncan was in Salem, Virginia returning from a health care visit to his father. The motion PASSED voice vote. MOTION: Ms. Connelly moved, seconded by Ms. Schantz-Hiscott that City Council approve electronic participation by Caroline Lian in this meeting, for health reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2022-02. Ms. Lian was in Utah for a family vacation. The motion PASSED voice vote. City Council Closed Session GOING IN TIME: 8:05 a.m. 1.
