MINUTES OF MAYOR’S AGENDA MEETING WITH STAFF PURPOSE OF MEETING: To discuss scheduling items on the City Council’s agenda. Marybeth Connelly moved, seconded by Dave Snyder to approve electronic participation by Ms. Lian in today’s meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2023-01. ROLL CALL VOTE: There being no further discussion, the Mayor asked the Clerk to call the roll on the motion: Ms. Connelly: AYE Ms. Schantz-Hiscott: AYE Mr. Snyder: AYE Mayor Tarter: AYE The motion PASSED on roll call vote, 4-0. Ms. Hardi was in North Carolina for spring break. Dave Snyder moved, seconded by Debbie Schantz-Hiscott to approve electronic participation by Ms. Lian in today’s meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2023-01.
