MINUTES OF MAYOR’S AGENDA MEETING WITH STAFF PURPOSE OF MEETING: To discuss scheduling items on the City Council’s agenda. Marybeth Connelly moved, seconded by Debbie Schantz-Hiscott to approve electronic participation by Ms. Hardi in today’s meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2023-06. ROLL CALL VOTE: There being no further discussion, the Mayor asked the Clerk to call the roll on the motion: Ms. Connelly: AYE Ms. Schantz-Hiscott: AYE Ms. Lian: AYE Mr. Tarter: AYE The motion PASSED on roll call vote, 4-0. Mr. Duncan was remote for medical reasons. Marybeth Connelly moved, seconded by Debbie Schantz-Hiscott to approve electronic participation by Mr. Duncan in today’s meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2023-06.
