MINUTES OF MAYOR’S AGENDA MEETING WITH STAFF PURPOSE OF MEETING: To discuss scheduling items on the City Council’s agenda. Marybeth Connelly moved, seconded by Debbie Schantz-Hiscott that City Council approve electronic participation by Letty Hardi in this meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2023-06. ROLL CALL VOTE: There being no further discussion, the Mayor asked the Clerk to call the roll on the motion: Ms. Connelly: AYE Ms. Flynn: AYE Ms. Schantz-Hiscott: AYE Mr. Snyder: AYE The motion PASSED on roll call vote, 4-0. Ms. Lian was at Freddie Mac Headquarters for a work meeting. Marybeth Connelly moved, seconded by Dave Snyder that City Council approve electronic participation by Caroline Lian in this meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2023-06.
