TOPICS OF DISCUSSION:
Ms. Lian was at Freddie Mac Offices in Tysons, VA for a work meeting.
Marybeth Connelly moved, seconded by Debbie Schantz-Hiscott that City Council approve
electronic participation by Caroline Lian in this meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the
City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by
Resolution 2023-06.
The motion PASSED on voice vote, 6-0.
