MINUTES OF MAYOR’S AGENDA MEETING WITH STAFF PURPOSE OF MEETING: To discuss scheduling items on the City Council’s agenda. Justine Underhill moved, seconded by Marybeth Connelly, that City Council approve electronic participation by Caroline Lian in this meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2023-06. The motion PASSED on voice vote, 5-0. (Ms. Flynn was absent.) Ms. Hardi left the meeting at 8:55 am. Ms. Schantz-Hiscott assumed the position of Chair.
