PURPOSE OF MEETING: To discuss scheduling items on the City Council’s agenda.

Ms. Downs was in New Orleans, LA on personal travel.
MOTION: Ms. Underhill moved, seconded by Ms. Connelly, that City Council approve
electronic participation by Laura Downs in the meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the
City Council’s adopted policy.
ROLL CALL VOTE: There being no further discussion, the Mayor asked the Clerk to call the
roll on the motion:
