MOTION: Council Member Snyder MOVED, seconded by Council Member Downs, that the
City Council approve electronic participation from Carmel, CA by Letty Hardi in this meeting,
for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s adopted policy.

Mr. Snyder: AYE
The motion PASSED on roll call vote, 4-0.
MOTION: Vice Mayor Schantz-Hiscott MOVED, seconded by Council Member Flynn, that the
City Council approve electronic participation from Cape May, NJ by Letty Hardi in this meeting,
for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s adopted policy.
