Approved by voice vote. 4) Student Representative Introduction. Welcome Lydia. 5) Approval of the April Minutes. April UFC Meeting Minutes were approved by voice vote. 4) Public Comments. FY24 Budget for Arborist/Urban Forestry Crew - request to PW for revised iv. Virginia HB 15.2-997.1: Local incentives for urban green space (Approved March 23, 2023)  v. Quinn & Homestretch Development Project (350, 360 S Washington St; 303 S Maple Ave) vi. Park Ave. 60% Plans vii. Condition of recently planted trees at MHS/MEH Campus 6) Community Notes a) Community Center HVAC Exploring Geothermal options. Unclear if there wll be any impact to any trees b) Harvey’s hosted a successful event for VPIS Neighborhood tree program c) A Boy Scout (Joseph Cobbucci) did a tree documentation project of tags that exist in City Parks (95 total). He is also willing to tag new trees.
