1) Call to Order - the meeting was called to order at 7:34 p.m. by Amy Crumpton without a
quorum. This meeting will be informational only.

a) City Council Calendar
We should request Energy Action Plan Review for UFC before Council vote
b) Staff Updates
i. Quinn/Homestretch Comments due by 10/14
c) Neighborhood Tree Program
City support is on pause. VPIS is also struggling to manage the administrative
end of the program and is evaluating other options.
d) Chesapeake Tree Network
A new tool to assess canopy coverage
4) Future Business
a) Quinn/Homestretch Project - Site plan presented Sept 6 at Planning Commission
Work Session with Boards and Commissions
9) Adjourn - the meeting was adjorned at 8:24 p.m. by Amy Crumpton.
