CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER Mayor Glancy called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m. Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Connally gave the Invocation and Mayor Pro Tem Fuller led the Pledge of Allegiance. B. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS Mayor Glancy moved Agenda Item B.2 up on the agenda. B.2 Consider approving Resolution No. 2013-075 canvassing and declaring the results of the special election of the City of Farmers Branch held on November 5, 2013 regarding adoption of amendments to the City Charter of the City of Farmers Branch and take appropriate action. Mayor Glancy read the canvassing statement in Resolution No. 2013-075. A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Connally, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Fuller, that this Resolution be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Mayor Pro Tem Fuller, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Connally, Council Member Robinson, Council Member Froehlich and Council Member Reyes City of Farmers Branch Page 1 City Council Meeting Minutes - Final November 14, 2013 B.1 Presentation, public discussion and citizen input relating to a potential bond election in 2014. Council Member Robinson presented a report on the financial status of the City. Residents spoke regarding street improvements, sidewalks, alley improvements, and neighborhood revitalization projects. Council Member Reyes requested the results of the street survey that was conducted earlier in the year be available on the City's website. Alexis Jackson, Senior Planner, moderated the polling of citizens regarding bond issues. For those unable to attend the Town Hall meeting, polling questions will be available on the City's website until December 15. Polling results will be presented at a future City Council meeting. C.
