CALL TO ORDER Mayor Phelps called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. and welcomed everyone to the meeting. Presiding: 1 - Mayor Bob Phelps Present: 5 - Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Kirk Connally, Council Member Ben Robinson, Council Member Harold Froehlich, Council Member Ana Reyes and Mayor Pro Tem Jeff Fuller B. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS Tom Bryson, Communications Director, presented the premier of a video series focusing on neighbors helping neighbors, entitled "Local Heroes". B.1 Receive an update on the City’s comprehensive street revitalization program. Randy Walhood, Public Works Director, provided information on the City's comprehensive street revitalization program. The presentation included background information on the street evaluation that was recently conducted, types of street construction, and a cost breakdown of the improvements.
