AGENDA ITEMS B.1 16-236 Consider authorizing the City Manager to take the necessary action to implement a recent compensation study recommendation to move Police and Fire sworn employee salaries to median of cities surveyed effective September 1, 2016; and take appropriate action. B.2 16-237 Discuss the City Manager’s balanced budget and organizational funding requests related to the adoption of the Farmers Branch 2016-17 fiscal year budget. The City Council may convene into executive session at anytime during the Study Session or Regular Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071(2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any regular or study session agenda item.
