The City Council may convene into executive session at anytime during the Study Session or Regular Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071(2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any regular or study session agenda item. EXECUTIVE SESSION C.1 17-364 Council shall convene into a closed executive session pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate regarding: · Discuss the purchase, exchange, lease, or sale of real property located north of 635, east of I35, south of Valley View, and west of Josey Lane.
