PUBLIC HEARING C.1 R2017-035 Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting a Resolution to consider proposed assessments to be levied against the assessable property in the Mercer Crossing Public Improvement District within the City of Farmers Branch, pursuant to Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code; and take appropriate action. The City Council may convene into executive session at anytime during the Study Session or Regular Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071(2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any regular or study session agenda item. D. ADJOURNMENT Farmers Branch City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Access to the building and special parking are available at the main entrance facing William Dodson Parkway.
