REGULAR AGENDA ITEM(S) B.1 TMP-2381 Discuss the roles, responsibilities and relationship between the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission. B.2 TMP-2372 Receive a presentation on current zoning and construction regulations relating to exterior building materials and discuss possible amendments. The City Council may convene into executive session at anytime during the Study Session or Regular Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071(2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any regular or study session agenda item. C. ADJOURNMENT The Fire Administration Building is wheelchair accessible. Access to the building and special parking are available at the main entrance facing William Dodson Parkway.
