CONDUCT A STUDY SESSION/TOUR OF FARMERS BRANCH CREEK (4 P.M.) A.1 19-251 City Council will convene a study session involving a tour, via bus transportation, beginning at Farmers Branch City Hall departing at 4:00 p.m. and traveling in the order stated to the following locations adjacent to Farmers Branch Creek for the purpose of assessing and discussing recent flood damage and erosion at 2705-2710 Bay Meadows Circle, 2740 Farmers Branch Lane, 2815 Reedcroft Drive, and 12304-12305 Wood Manor Circle and 2710 Farmers Branch Lane B. CALL TO ORDER OF SPECIAL MEETING B.1 19-252 The City Council will convene a special meeting at 2710 Farmers Branch Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas, immediately following the conclusion of the Study Session/Tour to discuss Farmers Branch Creek erosion issues due to dam failures and possible solutions; and take appropriate action C. TAKE ANY ACTION NECESSARY AS A RESULT OF THE CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION D. ADJOURNMENT The City Council may convene into executive session at anytime during the Study Session or Regular meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071(2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item. All locations are wheelchair accessible.
