PUBLIC HEARINGS I.1 ORD-3786 Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 3786 to amend Planned Development District No. 75 (PD-75) including, but not limited to, modifying the development standards for signage on an approximately 2.35-acre property, located at 14185 Dallas Parkway; and take appropriate action. CITIZEN COMMENTS Public Comment is your opportunity to address your City of Farmers Branch elected officials directly about issues that are important to and your community, but there is a process that must be followed : Speaker request form(s) will be accepted by the City Secretary from the time the agenda is posted up to 30 minutes prior to the regular meeting. Individuals will not be recognized to speak during the meeting unless the Citizen Comments form has been submitted. This process applies to all action items listed on the agenda.
