J.3 R2023-073 Consider approving Resolution No. 2023-073 authorizing the City Manager to approve the purchase of one new Chevrolet Silverado Pickup Truck in the amount of $42,840 from Caldwell Chevrolet through the Texas Buyboard Purchasing Contract; and take appropriate action. Individuals will not be recognized to speak during the meeting unless the Citizen Comments form has been submitted. This process applies to all action items listed on the agenda. ADJOURNMENT The City Council may convene into executive session at anytime during the Study Session or Regular meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071(2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item.
