CITIZEN COMMENTS Public Comment is your opportunity to address your City of Farmers Branch elected officials directly about issues that are important to your community, but there is a process that must be followed : Electronic Citizen Comment form(s) will be accepted by the City Secretary until 5:30 p.m. the day of the meeting. Individuals submitting a request in person at the meeting shall submit their request to speak no later than 6:00 p.m. Individuals will not be recognized to speak during the meeting unless the Citizen Comments form has been submitted by 6:00 p.m. This process applies to all action items listed on the agenda. M.3 R2024-040 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-040 authorizing the purchase of audio-visual equipment and implementation services for the City Hall PEG Channel Broadcast System from Digital Resources, Inc. through the TIPS purchasing contract No. 230105 in the amount not to exceed $265,200; and take appropriate action. M.4 ORD-3863 Consider adopting Ordinance No. 3863, amending the City's 2023-24 Fiscal Year Operating Budget, amending the Capital Improvements Program Budget, directing City expenditures be made in accordance with the budget as amended; and take appropriate action.
