G.2 24-450 Presentation of a Proclamation declaring June 18, 2024, as Pride Day in Farmers Branch. G.3 24-427 Presentation of a 20-year Service Award to Linda Gaucin, Administrative Assistant, with the Parks and Recreation Department. G.4 24-438 Presentation of the Employee of the Month Award for the month of May to Louise Means of the Community Services Department. G.5 24-461 Presentation of the Texas Municipal Clerks Association’s Office of Excellence Award to the City Secretary’s Office for the City of Farmers Branch. H. K.3 R2024-109 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-109, establishing the dates and times for City Council study session meetings, repealing Resolution No. 2016-039; and taking appropriate action. K.4 ORD-3872 Consider approval of Ordinance No. 3872 amending the Code of Ordinances, repealing all requirements for Certificates of Occupancy for Residential Dwellings by amending various provisions of Chapter 22, Chapter 26, Chapter 46, Chapter 56, and by amending the Master Fee Schedule, Appendix “A” to the Code of Ordinances; and take appropriate action. K.5 R2024-103 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-103 authorizing the purchase of four (4) Xpedition powered stair chairs from Stryker in the amount of $75,716.28; and take appropriate action. K.6 ORD-3870 Consider approving Ordinance No. 3870, amending the Farmers Branch Code of Ordinance, Section 82-95 “No Parking Zones” to add a no parking zone on Wooded Creek Drive; and take appropriate action. K.7 R2024-108 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-108, authorizing the reallocation of American Rescue Plan Act Grant Funds; and take appropriate action. PUBLIC HEARINGS L.1 ORD-3865 Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 3865 approving an industrial development on approximately 3.5 acres located at 12197 Denton Drive within the Planned Development District No. 32 (PD-32) zoning district approving Resolution No. 2024-100 authorizing a Trail Improvement Deferral Agreement in the amount of $40,798.40; and take appropriate action. M. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS M.1 24-385 Receive an update from The Family Place. M.2 24-386 Receive an update from Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce. M.3 R2024-111 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-111 authorizing the City Manager to purchase a K-9 Unit Vehicle with Reliable Chevrolet and the equipment package from Defender Supply through an Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for the Police Department; and take appropriate action. M.4 R2024-105 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-105 authorizing the City Manager to approve a contract with Supreme Roofing Systems to repair and replace roofs located at City Hall and the Branch Connection in the amount of $956,114; and take appropriate action.
